Why this exists
I'm a parent, not an expert with letters after my name. In the early years I did what a lot of us do: read when I could, felt guilty when I couldn't, and quietly wondered whether any of it was adding up.
What finally changed things wasn't more books or a stricter plan. It was two small things — a habit short enough to survive a hard day, and a way of noticing progress so I stopped guessing.
That's what I make now. Simple tools, plainly written, for parents who care a lot and have very little spare time. No jargon, no philosophy to sign up for, nothing you can fall behind on.
If you've ever asked yourself "am I doing enough?" — you're exactly who this is for.
